✦My commissions are for personal use only, DM me for discussing otherwise and additional fees for commercial use.✦NOTHING made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.✦I own the rights to every image I produce, this gives me the freedom to post it on my various social media, portfolio and submissions, therefore you are NOT allowed to claim it's copyright usage by submiting it to sites/softwares/etc... that reclaim total and free access and utilization to it, training of AI softwares, use as a template to generate images nor submission into free or paid (AI) databases aren't allowed.✦I'll only start your commission after getting the full payment, unless settled for a payment plan, in which case it will only be started after the first deposit. (Payments are made via PayPal or Ko-fi)✦No refunds after the sketch is done and aproved (refunds will not cover Paypal's fees).✦It can take me up to two months to finish a commission (it usually takes me 2-3 weeks, but unforeseen events/university work/health related issues I have, may delay it).✦I have the freedom to deny taking any commission work that makes me unconfortable/that I don't see myself capable to fulfill and no justification is owed to you.✦I will not be taking commissions to draw internet/fandom/real world celebrities or their personas/mascots, unless directly ordered by the owner, in this same vein, I do not endorse nor associate with every client I get, as possibly damaging behaviour may be unknown to me, I am merely an employee.

Process

✦(IF USING PAYPAL) I charge in USD, you'll be sending money to a Brazilian account and PayPal does the conversion for you.✦UPFRONT PAY:
I'll send you a sketch in the spam of 1-2 weeks after your payment, in that step you can give me any feedback you see fit to improve your order, any changes after this stage are charged extra depending on how big they are (if not my fault such as: color correction and design detail/elements missing WHEN depicted clearly on the reference and/or described on the order given to me).✦PAYMENT PLAN:
Payment plans go from 2 to 3 installments max WITH DEFINED DATES AND SUM*, after the first deposit I will start your sketch and wait for approval, within the second I will send you an update on lineart and base coloring, the final piece will only be delivered to you after it's all been paid and any changes in this stage will be charged extra depending on how big they are (if not my fault such as: color correction and design detail/elements missing WHEN depicted clearly on the reference and/or described on the order given to me).In the case of only two installments stage 1 and 2 will be delivered to you as one.*If the date and sum is not met we will discuss alternatives, but I do have the option to simply cancel the order!! You can cancel your order at any stage but as previously stated, I do not offer refunds after the sketch is done and approved !!✦I can send you as many updates as you wish with the coloring/lineart/final edits etc...I love to be in contact with my clients, so don't be shy to ask!✦You can stay in contact with me via twitter dms or on [email protected]
